Delivery Process

Once your order is confirmed, it’s neatly packaged and dispatched through PostNL, fitting right into your letterbox. An email containing a track & trace code is promptly sent, allowing you to follow its journey. Any orders made before 4 p.m. are guaranteed to reach PostNL the same day, ensuring a next-day delivery. PostNL operates from Tuesday to Saturday, and with our letterbox-friendly packages, your presence at home isn’t necessary.

Subscription Cancellation

To discontinue a subscription, log into your account on the Easly website and click on the “Subscriptions” tab. Here, you’ll see a comprehensive list of your active subscriptions. Identify the one you wish to cancel and select “View.” You’ll be navigated to a page displaying all the details related to your subscription. Proceed by clicking “Cancel” adjacent to the term “Actions,” marking your subscription status as “Pending Cancellation.”   At Easly, we prioritize the accuracy of your requests. Thus, we cross-check if a shipment linked to your subscription is either ready for dispatch or has been recently shipped. In such scenarios, we will contact you. If no such conditions apply, we proceed with the cancellation, consequently changing the subscription status to “Cancelled.”
